<title>Comments on: UP 3623 is leading a northbound towards Montreal for the second time in six days as it leads CP 253 (with CP 9595 trailing) past the Lacolle Station which was built by the Napierville Junction railway (a D&amp;H subsidiary) in 1930. This train has come up the old D&amp;H and is 5 miles north of the border at this point. It is heading towards St-Luc yard in Montreal.</title>
