	<title>Comments on: UP 8563 and 8599 lead the second half of a loaded grain train over the last few miles of the CP Lanigan Subdivision into Regina.  No &#8220;pusher&#8221; engine was available at Craven today which likely contributed to this train stalling on the hill. I certainly wasn&#8217;t complaining though as it made a movement that would have otherwise happened under darkness, repeat it&#8217;s self in daylight. Now if only the sun had been out.</title>
