Rather than CN, the scanner picked up Waterloo Central 1012 shoving towards Elmira just a few miles to the north. Unless service has increased since the CN re-acquisition, the only freight move is a once-daily run to/from Elmira in the wee hours; conflict with Ion operations in Uptown Waterloo blocks anything else during service hours.
