		<description>The CP&#039;s CTC through here was removed from service on 9 December 1990, coincident with the implementation of OCS and the then new Canadian Rail Operating Rules. At the same time, dispatching of the Hamilton sub (including the former TH&amp;B Welland sub) was moved to Toronto and the Hunter Street and St Thomas (CASO) dispatching office was closed. Watch for an article on this upcoming in the TH&amp;B Historical Association &quot;Ontarian&quot; this fall.</description>
