	<title>Comments on: VIA 35 has an unoccupied stainless steel car up front (and one on the tail end as well) as it heads west through Pointe-Claire with class leader VIA 900 leading. Due to a Transport Canada order released on October 19th, VIA rail has been required to put unoccupied buffer cars on either end of stainless steel consists due to concerns about the structural integrity of these cars.</title>
