Comments on: VIA 6409 sits under early morning light, with the Iconic GM Renaissance Center on the left from Detroit, Michagan, across the Detroit River, and on the right side Hiram Walkers factory, from the mid 1800s. Both Major staples of the region. A warm welcome sight to people coming to Windsor, and leaving the town.

Hi Ian, great picture ! Very nice composition with the GM Renaissance Centre Tower in Detroit on the left, old Hiram Walker distillery building on the right and the roof arch of the VIA Walkerville Station in the centre to say nothing of the iconic VIA F40. Question, do one of the station tracks proceed west to the Hiram Walker plant ? And do they still receive/ship anything by rail ? Thanks for posting. John
