The trip to Halifax a few days earlier on VIA #14 was my first-time riding the Renaissance equipment, and specifically a Renaissance sleeping car. While I enjoyed the trip and the experience in this equipment, I realized I much prefer the classic Pullman & Budd built cars from CN and CP passenger trains of decades gone by. This is a trip I will take again, only next time in the summer months to get a different view of the Maritime landscape.
