Comments on: Via 6454 leads train 70 by Garden Ave just outside of Brantford on a sunny May morning. 6454 is one of 5 wrapped F40′s on the Via system, they’ve been floating all over the Via system lately, some on long haul trains and others on commuter service. This was a surprise this morning as I was out for other reasons and a quick stop yielded a shot I am quite happy with.

Yes the plant were the signals are are in our timetable as Massey’s. LOL if the dispatcher asked what my train location is. I would say just east of Massey’s

Correct Phil, the bridge in the background is Garden Ave hence why I said it To me Masseys is the signals and where the Normerica Plant is.

To us railroaders this are is called Massey’s. Named after the famous Massey-Ferguson plant that is just west of this shot.
