Comments on: VIA 85 had a surprise on the tail end today Feb 18. Three VIA Budd cars were tagged onto the end of the normal two car train. It almost looked like a 5 car stainless train but as it got closer, the engine humps on the roofs of the trailing cars gave a clue as to what was to come.
