		<description>For dispatching, this is correct. If you are standing at Strange St. in Kitchener this is the beginning of CN ownership, but in order to keep GO trains off the CN dispatching screen they pushed CN control point a mile or so out for simplicity.

Metrolinx owns the mainline only, all other tracks (yard, sidings) and spurs are CN owned or operated - the Waterloo spur is owned by the Region of Waterloo.</description>
