<title>Comments on: VIA RDC-4 6250 is shown working train #185 with another RDC, stopped at the station in Chapleau Ontario. For a while 6250, originally build for CN as D450 and later 6450, was the only RDC-4 in existence still in regular passenger service. A little over a dozen RDC-4&#8242;s were ever built (as they were shorter baggage-only units) and VIA&#8217;s Sudbury-White River Budd run up north needed the baggage space to ship things such as canoes and ATV&#8217;s for locals heading to remote points along the line. VIA later re-acquired and rebuilt former CP/VIA RDC-4 9251 as their 6251 to give them another car for service (sister ex-CP 9250 was sent to Exporail for preservation).</title>
