	<title>Comments on: VIA took over passenger service from CN on April 1, 1978 and from CP on September 29, 1978. As you can see from this photo, while some cars were in &#8220;VIA CN&#8221; blue, many other cars and locomotives still had CN paint and markings after &#8220;Day 1&#8243;. In this photo we see an eastbound train with FP9 6531 and FPA4 6772 accelerating away from Bayview (looking at the lighting, it is likely No. 76 from Windsor).</title>
