	<title>Comments on: VIA was running two trains a day to Montreal back in 1980. Here, the &#8220;Ocean&#8221; is at Prince Arthur St, shortly after beginning the journey to Montreal.
There were many times when the lead FPA-4 was replaced by a leased CN RS-18 &#8211; a big disappointment to this photographer at the time. Even though I have been to Halifax in recent times, I don&#8217;t bother to railfan the area. It is just not that interesting any more. This scene has changed quite a bit. Vegetation has encroached significantly and there is only one track, if Google street view is to be believed.</title>
