<title>Comments on: VIA&#8217;s train from Jonquière in northern Quebec is about 90 minutes late as it passes some MoW equipment on the Talbot siding. The train consists of VIA 6446 followed by two stainless steel coaches and a baggage car. The power is turned at Jonquière on a turntable, but the cars are not turned, hence the baggage car at the rear end.
