<title>Comments on: Waterloo Central Railway (WCR) S13 1001 assists #9 and its Thanksgiving excursion train as they have just shoved over Highway #85 and are approaching the Scotch Line Road crossing north of St. Jacobs on the Waterloo Spur. During the second trip of the day from the St. Jacobs Market station, 0-6-0 #9 had encountered some operational issues. WCR quickly retrieved 1001 from the St. Jacobs shop to help for the remainder of the run to Elmira. On the return trip once clear of Scotch Line Road the S13 was uncoupled so #9 could operate on it’s own for its scheduled run-by to the delight of the sold out crowd.</title>
