Comments on: Welcome to the North End of Hamilton. TH31 is heading back to Kinnear on CP’s Hamilton Belt Line (ex TH&B) and passing under the CN Grimsby Subdivision. Also seen is an abandoned Dofasco pedestrian overpass, once used to connect a parking lot out of sight at left, under the CN right of way to the sprawling Dofasco facilities on Beach Rd. The other end of the parking lot was also the location of the TH&B’s ‘Little Belt line’ and the switch for the little belt was about 1/2 mile behind me near Barton St.Hamilton watchers would also be interested to know, the former Consumers Glass (a TH&B customer) has also been razed to the ground not far from here.Any TH&B fans with photos from these areas to share?
