	<title>Comments on: Westbound coal empties from Atikokan Ontario to Bienfait Saskatchewan cross the Moose Mountain Creek between Oxbow and Alameda. The construction of the Alameda dam required a diversion resulting in a tunnel under the wing of the dam near this location. Unit coal trains have long since ceased being replaced by oil trains from the Baaken formation.  The Bienfait coal mines still fuel 2 power plants near Estevan.</title>
