I’m on the Hwy 11 overpass at Earlton looking north, as ONR train with 1730, 1736 and 2002 heads to North Bay from Englehart. I rather thought the F unit 2002 was going to perhaps the North Bay shop for some work as I rarely see these units “going along for the ride” since this is a short train. The 2002 was not retired until 2004. Leader 1730 is still on the roster. I always found it remarkable to see such fertile flat farmland this far north. Image shot with Kodak 1000 ISO film.
