 CN 4016 4017 ( renumbered  9316 9317 in 1981) class GR-430b ( GMD 1967 built GP40 ) were higher geared with a  lower continuous tractive effort ( 50,000 verses the 57,000 CTE for sisters 4002 to 4015), per TSG


Circa  March 1977 the only blue &amp; yellow livery were the three (nine car) Turbo Trains painted as such 1976
