Comments on: When I first dug out this image I realized I had forgotten those huge overhead signal structures along the old line at Welland. All that track, heck, it looks like a raceway. In this early spring view CR 7438 with a couple of boxcars and ever present caboose is heading eastward. In the background the Welland TH&B/CR yard office is visible, the same one that is there today. And out front was TH&B 73I know, because I went down to get a picture of it after this train went by.
