We are looking east off the old steel road bridge at the east end of the quarry. At one point CN and CP tracks connected here at a small yard that served the eastern end of the quarry. A number of years ago CP quit serving the quarry, while CN only occasionally serves a load out at the west end of the quarry. The small yard here sits overgrown and unused, while the service track here buried under a cover of snow is sometimes used to store auto racks destined for the CAMI auto plant in Ingersol.
