Comments on: While GEXR takes over the GJR in Guelph – I thought I’d post a different GEXR image from the recent past. Here’s GEXR 584 shown hitting the ‘streets’ of the Waterloo Public Square LRT station in downtown Waterloo – a photo that took me a dozen attempts to get with my goal to show the train going by the LRT station in daylight. They usually departed around dusk, but if lucky they would depart rather quickly after going on duty at 1900, if they departed by 1930 you’d get light on the longest summer days, for about four weeks. However, my bets are that it only happened a couple times that summer. Here’s one of them.
