<title>Comments on: While walking around the C&amp;O site in St Thomas it became very clear that the local employees took a lot of pride in their buildings, &amp; grounds. Everything was neat &amp; tidy! The way a photographer likes to see it. The site was just the opposite of many locations I have photographed over the years. It was a pleasure not to need a weed whacker, a tree pruner, a lawn mower, or a ground&#8217;s crew with you in order to get a decent picture.</title>
