Comments on: Windsor and Hantsport Railway FPB-4 6861 is a rather odd sight to behold at the Wainwright Rail Park in Wainwright Alberta. The unit was donated to the rail park by Canadian Pacific in 2000. Supposedly CP traded/acquired several of these units from WHRC to keep the C424 fleet alive in the later years. Nothing there is roadworthy anymore (can't move on its own wheels), which complicates moving the heavier things like this B-unit. Did the ex-VIA units that WHRC bought ever make it to Nova Scotia? Or did they just languish in the dead line at one of VIA's maintenance centres?
