<title>Comments on: With CN 987 in the clear, rerouted CP 380 for Peterborough can finally proceed east along the North Toronto Sub, rejoining its regular route at Leaside. For about ten days in April 1973, these Budds would access Union Station via West Toronto on account of mudslides on the Belleville Sub Don branch near the Prince Edward Viaduct. Usually running west of the junction and taking the Galt Sub downtown, on one occasion, there was an issue with the interlocking, and the Budds were required to use the Galt &#8211; Mactier connecting track, swinging east onto the North Toronto Sub at Osler.
