Of course, I took the afternoon to come down and photograph it, this was a rare opportunity then as it is now. Plenty of time to compose on this very cold winter’s day. What I enjoy is the fresh snow that hides the usual steel mill grit and grime that adds browns to just about everything. Here’s a Bill Thomson photo of #84 being delivered in 1959. It’s still there, but Stelco has switched to Trackmobiles.
