Comments on: With the large FS Partners facility in Delhi providing the background, the last remnants of the CN Cayuga Subdivision stand guard almost frozen in time. This customer was serviced by CN as well as the fallen flag St. Thomas & Eastern Railway. A week later, crews would begin the process of removing this portion of Cayuga Spur through the town of Delhi towards Courtland after it was officially abandoned.

All rail has been removed from the spurs as well. Not sure if the contractor was paid to remove them by FS or not, as I’ve always understood that rails beyond the ROW property line belonged to the customer etc.

It still had two spurs into the facility at the time of the photo. I’m not sure if they were removed as well when they took-up this section of the line.

I remember seeing cars in there several times on visits back in the day.
