	<title>Comments on: With tie replacement happening on the South track in Brantford, CN 148 was on the North today with CN 8887 and CN 8100.  At the point that this photo was taken, all the new ties were in place and workers were tamping the new ties and spreading new ballast to get the track ready for trains within the hour.</title>
