Comments on: With winter just around the corner I thought this pleasant image might put people in the mood for some winter railfanning. Although to be fair this was not a day of railfanning but rather a cold day at the office. I was called as the cndr on a 313 relief crew out of North Battelford SK after it needed to double the hill just west of town. This shot is taken after doubling together the sections and walking up 60 or so car lengths only to find out that we were still not charged up enough to pull yet. So before taking off the winter gear I figured I would grab a photo of the lovely weather, the lovely weather that is soon to return.
