	<title>Comments on: Within 10 days before this photo was taken, 4221 had blown its turbocharger on a trip south to Swift Current. This unit would not be returned to running condition before being returned to National Railway Equipment. I remember coming into Leader on a family trip, not knowing that a shortline even existed there, and being extremely surprised by this unit. In my mind, I had always envisioned shortlines using ex-ATSF GEs in this scheme, so it was like a dream come true.</title>
