The comedy movie can be found on youtube – the train scene begins around the 34 minute mark, for about a minute and a half of cinematic fame. This photo self-identifies its location, with the Ford Oakville plant in the background. Does anyone recognize the location where “AR Illinois” 4138 and its train were filmed in the movie ? From the movie point of view it’s Illinois, but I think it was made in southern Ontario. CN 4138′s Illinois connection foresaw CN’s merger with IC that was announced in February 1998.
