In this shot taken hillside at the Hamilton High Level bridge (when there was still hassle-free parking) we see CP SD-40s 5521 and 5535 with mixed freight. That and the extra flags suggests to me this was the mid to late afternoon Toronto to Hamilton (and return) daily “Starlite”.
