   Extra 5738 west with SD40 #5508 and a TH&amp;B switcher in tow (note white flags, corresponding illuminated marker lights).


   The absolute tri signal at right governs eastbound traffic from the Don Branch of the Belleville Subdivision


   At that time, for a long time, Leaside had only a single crossover from south track to north track, to allow eastbound Don Branch traffic ( used by the Havelock Budds) to access the north track, hence only the double absolute signal required for eastbound north track traffic.
