It was a memorable experience…..a heads up via the internet…from what I remember it was a BNSF(Santa Fe)/NS/BNSF/CN conglomeration….as the last light was fading….I could see him dimming his headlight in the distance as an passenger train was lined up in the other direction…would I get doubled?…391 slowed to a crawl way back at Waterdown Road…I was thinking the daylight would disappear before he ever gets here and no shot….suddenly….I could see the heat and exhaust pouring out of the locomotives in the distance; and luckily he kept the ditch lights off; the telephoto effect did not do this one justice as he blasted by me..with that beautiful Santa Fe logo still on the front….
