  1. Wow!!! THAT is nippy!!! Anything below -20C would send me scurrying for warmth. Makes you wonder; what would be worse? Freezing in Algoma or frying in the American SouthWest? Anyway, great picture. Is the jury still out on your sanity? hahahahaha

  2. When I took this shot is was my first week long winter camping trip. (55 years old at the time) To say it got a little colder than forecast is an understatement.
    With a canvas hot tent ( has a wood stove) it was really quite comfortable. But we where very careful.
    It is even more incredible in the Canyon in winter than the fall. Without the leaves on the trees you see how really big the hills of the area are.
