Track is removed from the street west of this point – and at this point – it’s fenced in. There is enough room for a single car and engine to use the pullback on the west end of this yard. At least the tracks is still here, right?

Just checked my notes. Yes, did chase for a bit but by the time the train moved out the sun was getting down. Took 3 photos of it on the move, the last one at “Summit”, in other words, not quite as far as Jerseyville. About 9 miles in all. Slow train up that grade from Hammy.

Track is removed from the street west of this point – and at this point – it’s fenced in. There is enough room for a single car and engine to use the pullback on the west end of this yard. At least the tracks is still here, right?
