BC Rail daily passenger train passing a small lake just south of Whistler, BC in June 1993 with 6 RDC's. This was one of the best rides in North America with premium Caribou service that included better seating and meals at your seat. In early 1993 when I rode it, a round trip Caribou service ticket from North Vancouver to Lillooet was $97 compared to the regular fare of $52. If both sides were on time, there was about a 3 hour layover in Lillooet.
