The grain extra has cut the engines off the train and are now heading down the elevator track to pick up a couple of loads. As much as F-units are photogenic they were not easy to work with. Clinging on is about the only option, no riding in the stepwell or up on the walkways. The guys at the Sante Fe must have a had a smile on their faces when all their covered wagons were converted to hoods.
