    Are they still using the ex CN S13s or are they being replaced?

    As far as I know TRRY 108 is still in service.

    108 is but 110 is not.

    And 1859 is also in service. TRRY 3582 was added to the deadline at Welland in the last few months (it was in service before these GMTX units came around) while it may be serviceable, I have my doubts we’ll ever see it again running.
