Well, the Hamilton sub entrance and exit to Guelph Junction has been named or called "CTC Campbellville" as of November 17th by the RTC. According to foreman I spoke with, there was too many Guelph Junctions to keep track of so the name change is to avoid or lessen the confusion.
Here, on a mild, rainy day, a nicely refurbished CP 8639 leads CP 8735 past the newly installed Campbellville name sign on its way south to Desjardins.

  1. The fresh red with the touch of mist in the air is dynamite. Excellent gray day photo Bill.

  2. NICE catch !!! Beauty leader and, well, clean sign too. But I mourn the loss of the Guelph Jct sign. Why didn’t you mug the guy for the old sign? It would look nice in MY garage. :o )

  3. About time it has the right sign. Guelph Jct. is in Guelph lol

  4. Interesting. It makes sense they changed the name.

  5. Seen it on my way to work I really like the new Beaver :)

  6. Me too!!! I’ve always liked beavers!! :o )
