SOO 6057 idles in the Siding, after coming out from downtown London, and having to sit downtown for over 1.5 hours, after hitting a St Patty\'s Partier car, and blocking the entire downtown during Rush hour. The crew was ok to bring the train up to the Lobo Siding after they were given the all clear, but would not take the train to Windsor
