VIA 6433 is up front and VIA 6440 is mid-train as the combined VIA 601/603 passes Montreal's skyline not too long after leaving Central Station, on its way to northern Quebec. At Hervey Jct the train will split, with the first half going to Jonquière and the second half going to Senneterre.

    is this a daily train ? splits at Hervey Jct?
    I assume it turns north at Taschereau ?

    No it’s not daily, splits at Hervey as per my caption. Yes, north/northeast from Taschereau Yard.
