CP 499 has fresh SD70ACUs 7004 and 7005 in tow as it passes the elevator at Mortlach. This will be the only time the two rebuilds pass this elevator as it will not stand to see sunset the next day. The B/O car in the elevator track makes the scene look even more complete. When I shot Mortlach in 2007 there were two elevators at this location. http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=10844

  1. The elevators fall. What a bloody shame.
