CN RS18 3151 works a westbound VIA Tempo train, smoking it up it (along with the HEP baggage generator car) as the train pulls out of Burlington West station past the parking lot. An assortment of 70's automotive iron in the in-colours of the day are parked along the fence line, likely belonging to VIA and GO riders away at work in Toronto and other points along the line.

  1. My home away from home. These would be mostly GO Transit riders. This picture was taken during the week as weekend service was non existent. Bruce

  2. Nice.
And look at that Detroit Iron, like wow, the variety: tan Pinto wagon, green Ford Galaxie wagon, brown AMC Hornet wagon, blue Mercury wagon (Canadian version of that Ford), dark Camaro, white VW Rabbit, ?, brown Lincoln Continental ‘boat’, Chevs and Pontiacs beyond…to name a few…
    sdfourty.
