The frame train heads east with half the usual number of loads. I'm not sure why the 1100 series control cab is in the middle of the consist, or why it's there at all.  Without a prime mover and traction motors it's just dead weight. The same motive power consist returned later in the day with empties for St. Thomas so it's a mystery.
