For the second and possibly last time, VIA ran an equipment extra west out of Toronto TMC. With the announced major overhaul of the stainless steel HEP fleet, VIA is juggling cars to their Maintenance facilities. Today VIA had a five car consist for the trip to Winnipeg. With the Canadian presently cancelled until at least November, I figured this might be the last chance to get the beautiful stainless steel equipment heading westbound before the snow flies again.
