After battling a significant winter storm on the prairies and being stuck due to heavy winds east of Biggar, CN 8952 is still covered in ice and snow.  The storm did not affect the Edmonton area and here we see M 34791 10 rolling through the country side in Lobstick, Alberta after meeting Q198 at Evansburg.

    Bulkhead flats are notorious for offering wind resistance. In fact, there are stories of these cars being blown UP the hump at Symington Yard in Winnipeg during high winds.
