I had wondered about these large Auto-Max cars and apparently they are achieving some success on the BNSF and some other roads in the states. But I have seen very few of them along the Hamilton Sub in the past few years.
CP 5935, 5631 and a GP60M #101 of the BNSF are powering this train. The #101 is a former ATSF unit, and come to think of it, I don't recall seeing one of these along the line before or since, either. This image is in Welland Yard, as shot from the parallel Lambert Rd.

  1. They were used for the Honda plant. I believe Accura MDX model. When the model was discontinued I believe the racks were no longer needed. My old plant used to build the seats for Honda.

  2. Appreciate the comment, Sir!

  3. I remember these and did get some on camera. They ran dedicated too.
