CN M394 is seen curving through Paris Junction with SW1200RS SVGX 1343 trailing the power.  Back on home rails after many years, this former CN unit built in 1959 with the same number was sold to CANAC in 1999, and later to Savage Services Corp. and it would appear has spent a number of years working at the Whiting, Indiana BP Refinery.Seth B. was able to catch 1343 twice in 1985:January 1985: Working the fertilizer plant at Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.March 1985: Working around Scotford Yard.

  2. Per Earl Roberts it would appear the unit was bound for Nordic Kraft, a pulp mill in Lebel sur Quevillion, Quebec.
