Former CN plow 55698 wears the faded colours of the Salem & Hillsborough Railway shortly after the railway ceased operations. After excursions ended most of the track was removed and the site became the New Brunswick Railway Museum. In recent years most of the equipment that had been painted in SH colours has been repainted into the paint schemes of their original owners. This included 55698 and she now wears brown paint with CN lettering.

One of the fleet of ex VIA RDC's bought by Industrial Railway Services in Moncton rests among friends next to the former CN diesel shop. The original plan was to remanufacture the cars for resale but few received any work. Sadly the company has since folded and all but a handful of the cars have been cut up for scrap.

This 100 ton Industrial Brownhoist crane was assigned to the Dominion Atlantic Kentville NS auxiliary train for many years. Now it spends it's retirement years as part of the New Brunswick Railway Museum collection on the former Salem & Hillsborough Rwy property.

CN 4803 sits on one of the ready tracks during a break from yard work at Gordon Yard in Moncton NB. What a difference from the MLW S13s I remember working the yard when I was a kid.

On display at the annual Safety Day in Moncton was this recently refurbished hi-rail wreck crane. Built by Central Butte in 1990 this crane has a lifting capacity of 150 tons. In recent years CN has sent many of their mobile wreckers to Cranemasters in North Chesterfield VA for complete rebuilding and repainting.

ArcelorMittal no.302 (wearing AARX reporting marks for movement)sits outside the former CN Gordon Yard diesel shop owned by Industrial Railway Services. It was one of several SW1500 units which IRSI was contracted to overhaul, repaint and equip with remote control equipment.
